APPLICATION OF SIMILARITY IN THEORY OF ELASTICITY

As studying the topics in Theory of Elasticity, for some problems it has been discovered that not only the fundamental equations themselves are similar each other, but also their boundary conditions are alike correspondingly. Therefore, the solution of one problem can be obtained by utilizing the given solution (or the solution method) of another through simple transformation.
