SOME APPLICATIONS OF PSEUDODYNAMIC TESTING METHOD

The pseudodynamic testing method is widely used in the seismic simulation of structures or components. Howerer, some problems, such as structure-equipment interaction, multidimensional and multiple earthquake excitation, soil-structure interaction, soil layer earthquake response are yet rarely solved by the pseudodynamic testing method. This paper presents a review of the developments and applications of the said method on these particularproblems.
