DETERMINATION OF TRIMMING LINE FOR STRETCH/SHRINK FLANGING

In this paper a mathematical model for stretch/shrink flanging is developed based on the total strain theory and membrane assumption The influence of average normal anisotropic coefficient R on the flanging height can be considered in this model. The results of this model are compared with those of other theories and experiments, showing that this model gives accurate trimming line prediction.
