Abstract
The propagation of Love waves in an orthotropic elastic layer over a piezomagnetic half-space is investigated. Based on the dispersion equations, the analytical solutions of the Love waves are obtained. The numerical examples are presented to show the influence of the cutting angle of the orthotropic material on the phase velocity. The results show that the dependence of phase velocity on the cutting angle is strong.
