Abstract
By the accelerated electroanalysis corrosion test, I-beam concrete specimens with different corrosion degrees were obtained. Based on the bond-slip tests with these specimens, the process of bond-slip between I-beam and shotcrete was described, and the relationship between corrosion degree, slippage and bond damage load was analyzed. Then the bond-slip model of an uncorroded I-beam and shotcrete was established, and the calculation formulas of influence coefficient for bond strength and corrosion degree were founded by a regressing method. Finally the bond-slip constitutive relation model of a corrosive I-beam and shotcrete was established by the mathematic method. The results show that: the slippage and bond damage load all decrease with the increase of the corrosion degree, the average bond stress is the fourth-degree polynomial function of the slippage in the uncorroded I-beam shotcrete, and the influence coefficient for bond strength is the quadratic polynomial function of the corrosion degree.
