Abstract
Fully developed turbulence in a straight pipe is simulated with LES (Large Eddy Simulation) of CFX and the result is fit closely by the log-wake law. The FSI (Fluid-Structure Interaction) interpolation algorithm, which can extend the fluid load, is compiled using the language of CCL & APDL & MATLAB, with the advantage of high accuracy and efficiency. The algorithm can also take into account the structural vibration caused by fluctuating pressure and shear force. It shows that the flow-induced vibration of a straight pipe is induced by fluctuating pressure rather than shear force. Meanwhile, it is summarized that the velocity has a parabola relationship with fluctuating pressure and structural vibration, which can provide reference for the research of Non-embedded flow sensors.
